Lei with gradual, strike wing/ksana (highest crit weapons) and Gemini for crit is the way to go for a sniper build. His mob killing abilities with his goblet and skills is OP but when it comes to bosses chain lightening is shit. You need a high damage weapon in order to make it past stage 3 and 4 bosses in my opinion. 2.

Pretty Crazy Lei Luo Run. Definitely the most damage I've done in a solo run lol. I used a Shrieker for most of the run, but swapped it in the 3rd stage for a Hell that deleted everything. Biggest single dmg was 1.8 mil with the Hell. Tbh I won't be surprised if Lei Luo gets nerfed. A couple options. 1: Lightning Governor. If you get this ascension, you don't need to shoot much once you get some supporting stuff. You just keep your Currents up as much as possible and run around, only firing your shot to burn damage at the end of the current. You'll just randomly thunderstrike everything around you.

Lei Luo's sniper build, more than most, requires some intimate knowledge about how to maximize damage. Sniper builds can definitely work, and you can definitely consider going for 'Eye of the Storm' over the 1-shot build, and you'll do great damage. EotS is Multiplicative (per Walterx8/Discord-dudes).

The 'Gradual Improvement' spiritual blessing for Lei Luo gave me +9x Crit. Before the first act, I will always refresh until I get that one if I want to do a sniper build. I also had scrolls that activated the 'Ultimate Violence' spiritual link which gives me an extra +1x Crit. Another +2x Crit from 'Hawkeye Sight' scroll. I hope that helps!
